This month-long course consists of six 2-hr long modules on Saturdays and Sundays. The modules will each cover a specific area of practice, with every subsequent one building on the knowledge gained in the previous module. Included with the purchase of the complete series is a month of unlimited yoga, so that you may attend classes while you are completing the series. The month of unlimited yoga will run in tandem with the beginner’s series to help increase you practice time, memory, and likelihood of creating a lasting practice for yourself.
